Psilocybin and Burnout

Burnout is real—and it’s more common than many realize. More than half of U.S. workers report feeling emotionally drained or disconnected from their work, and for many, traditional treatments aren’t enough.

 

But there’s hope. Psilocybin-assisted therapy is showing incredible promise in helping people break free from the cycle of stress and depression. In recent clinical research, participants who received a guided psilocybin session experienced dramatic improvements in mood, reduced burnout, and a renewed sense of purpose—effects that lasted for months. And importantly, the therapy was safe and well-tolerated in a controlled setting.
