Why Psylutions — For Healing Centers and Practitioners
The case for Psylutions is the case for treating natural medicine as medicine. Lab-verified product. Milligram-dosed exposure. Full alkaloid profile per batch. Pharmacological Signatures™ matched to patient populations. Documentation that survives a regulatory audit.
If you operate a licensed Healing Center or work as a facilitator under Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act, this page explains what working with Psylutions looks like and why it is different from the alternative.
Lab-Verified, Batch by Batch
Every batch is tested for the full tryptamine alkaloid panel: psilocybin, psilocin, baeocystin, norbaeocystin, aeruginascin, and norpsilocin. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanies every shipment. Batch traceability is documented end to end.
The Psylutions difference
Milligram-Dosed Exposure (TPP)
We measure and dose in milligrams of Total Psychedelic Potency, not grams of biomass. The label dose is the patient dose. Every edible piece is individually dosed, not just batch-dosed — eliminating uneven distribution as a confounding variable.
Pharmacological Signatures™ Matched to Populations
Strains are characterized by their complete alkaloid profile, not by a single psilocybin number. Each profile is the strain's Pharmacological Signature™. Signatures are matched to patient populations under structured protocols. This is not the recreational mushroom market; it is precision dosing for therapeutic use.
How we support practitioners
Lab data and COAs
Every batch's COA, alkaloid panel, and homogeneity data are available to the dispensing Healing Center on request, batch-matched to invoice.
Protocol guidance
We provide written protocol guidance for population-matched dosing — including dose ranges by indication under study, contraindication checklists, drug-interaction screening worksheets, and integration session frameworks.
Practitioner training resources
Facilitators dispensing Psylutions medicine have access to our training materials covering TPP, Pharmacological Signatures™, drug interactions, scope of practice, and adverse-event documentation.
Pharmacist consultation
Practitioners can request a consultation with a licensed pharmacist for complex drug-interaction questions, screening edge cases, and tapering protocols.

Our Individualized Dosing Standard
At Psylutions, we individually measure and dose every single edible piece – not just by batch. This eliminates unknown variables like uneven psilocybin distribution and ensures consistent, reliable dosing every single time.
We exceed state regulatory requirements by testing for:
-
Psilocybin (the prodrug).
-
Psilocin (the active compound).
-
Total Psychedelic Potency (TPP) for complete exposure clarity, including all psychoactive alkaloids — not psilocybin alone.
With Psylutions, you can trust that the dose on the label is the dose you get – every time, without exception. This is the standard we believe the field will eventually be required to meet. We are operating at it now.
Cultivation chosen for alkaloid profile, not biomass
Our strains were selected and cross-bred to produce specific alkaloid profiles that we believe are associated with better-tolerated patient experiences. We do not claim that any strain eliminates side effects. We do claim, based on our cultivation and dispensing data, that certain Pharmacological Signatures™ are associated with:
• Lower reported gastrointestinal effects within the supervised session
• Lower reported acute anxiety and paranoia during onset, in our population
• More predictable onset and offset windows
These are observations from our supply chain and Healing Center partner reports, not causal claims. We are actively building the observational dataset to support more formal analysis.
Drug Interactions and Safety
Understanding how psilocybin interacts with other medications is crucial for safe usage. At The Psylutions, we provide comprehensive guidance on:
-
Serotonergic Medications: Learn about potential risks such as serotonin syndrome and the importance of gradual tapering.
-
Benzodiazepines and CNS Depressants: Discover how these medications can impact the effects of psilocybin and the need for careful management.
-
Antipsychotics and Mood Stabilizers: Understand the interactions and necessary precautions to ensure a safe psilocybin experience.
-
Stimulants and Opioids: Explore how these substances interact with psilocybin and best practices for tapering and usage.
Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge needed to navigate your psilocybin journey safely and effectively.
