Psylutions was founded to do something that the broader psychedelic field has not yet done: build a regulated natural medicine company that holds itself to pharmaceutical-grade standards from cultivation through dispensary, without losing the human warmth that this work demands.
We hold one of Colorado's first manufacturer and cultivator licenses under Article 170 of the Colorado Natural Medicine Health Act. We supply only licensed Healing Centers. We dose only in milligrams of Total Psychedelic Potency. We characterize every batch by its full
alkaloid profile — its Pharmacological Signature™ — and we match that signature to patient populations under structured protocols.
Two years of cultivation, manufacturing, and dosing research went into the framework now in production use. The result is a category that did not exist before: lab-verified, homogenized, milligram-dosed natural medicine, matched to patients, dispensed inside a regulated clinical setting.

Rhonda is the founder and CEO of Psylutions and one of Colorado's first licensed psilocybin facilitators under the Natural Medicine Health Act. She is the architect of the Total Psychedelic Potency (TPP) framework and the Pharmacological Signatures™ methodology that distinguish Psylutions from every other operator in the space.
A clinical educator and reform-minded operator, Rhonda built the company in deliberate opposition to the gram-dosing, recreational-culture default that has shaped most of the legal psychedelic industry to date. Her position is direct: the medicine is medicine, and the field will not earn pharmaceutical credibility until it is treated that way.
Rhonda is preparing to teach a graduate-level course on psilocybin dosing, strain effects, and Colorado's regulatory framework. She is also the operator of a long-running construction business in Vail, Colorado, and brings two decades of regulated-industry operations experience to Psylutions.

Henry Baskerville is General Counsel for Psylutions, where he helps shape the legal and regulatory foundation of Colorado’s emerging psychedelic care ecosystem. An experienced trial attorney and strategic advisor, Henry brings decades of experience guiding companies through complex, highly regulated industries, including cannabis, CBD, and natural medicine.
Henry is known for his pragmatic, risk-aware approach to compliance and governance, helping Psylutions operate responsibly in a space where regulatory frameworks are still evolving. His background in high-stakes litigation, government investigations, and emerging-industry advisory work allows him to anticipate challenges before they become obstacles—protecting patients, practitioners, and the long-term integrity of the system.
A nationally recognized litigator, Henry has been consistently named to Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and Benchmark Litigation’s Litigation Stars. His leadership ensures Psylutions remains a trusted, legally sound partner as Colorado sets a national precedent for regulated psychedelic care.
