Persistent depression that won’t lift? There’s promising new research from the Journal of Psychedelic Studies (2025).

A 5-year follow-up study tracked 24 participants with major depressive disorder who received two guided psilocybin sessions with therapy. The results are striking:

67% were in remission after five years

79% reported lasting symptom improvement

Only 17% still relied on traditional antidepressants

This isn’t just a temporary boost—it shows long-term change under professional guidance. Participants also reported reduced anxiety, improved emotional resilience, and better daily functioning.

✅ Safe and carefully administered by licensed facilitators

✅ Evidence-backed, transformative mental health support
