Skippy Mesirow is the founder of SANCTUM, Aspen’s premier psychedelic healing center, where he works with high-impact individuals, leadership teams, and organizations through carefully facilitated group journeys. SANCTUM integrates psychedelic-assisted therapy with THE COURAGE METHOD™, a whole-human healing and human development framework designed to accelerate healing, performance, and coherence at both individual and collective levels. THE COURAGE METHOD™ was created through the Civic Courage Lab, a leadership and coaching platform Skippy founded to support public servants, executives, and nonprofit leaders under pressure. The methodology has been refined through work with more than 1,000 leaders nationwide and integrates psychotherapy, executive coaching, and embodied inner work to help leaders access their highest potential in service. Skippy is a former Aspen City Councilmember and a Colorado Natural Medicine Advisory Board member, where he helped shape the regulatory framework that enables SANCTUM’s work today. He is also the host of the top 10% globally ranked Civic Courage Lab Podcast, featuring conversations with leading thinkers including Byron Katie, David Allen, and Rick Doblin.
